FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  1. How long are shipping times?

We do our best to ship orders within just a few days from the date of your order, and then take up to two weeks to reach your doorstep. On occasion, it may be closer to 3 weeks for delivery.

*Please note that due to COVID we, the suppliers, and the mail services, are experiencing some delays. As of October 2020, we are seeing it takes approximately 14-21 from order date to arrive at your doorstep. 

 

  1. What’s your return policy?

We offer a 30 day return policy from the order date. We will decide if we would like you to return it or just keep and donate it. 

 

  1. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are only possible if we are contacted before the order has been processed and sent over to our supplier, usually within 24-48 hours from the order date. If you contact us after the order has been processed you will need to wait until you receive the order and then we can move forward with a return.

 

  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order — if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted — then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund or we will reorder the item for you. Do not hesitate to reach out to us at contact@honeynclover.com.

 

  1. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
