Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Honey & Clover.

We apologize that we accept no exchanges at this juncture. This is because most of our collections are unique and come in limited pieces and sizes. We will, however, honour a full refund (to the same mode of payment you made at the point of purchase) should you deem the item(s) unsuitable. However, there is strictly NO refund for shipping / delivery charges made for the purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the followings are required: 

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days.
  • The product is never worn, in its original condition, unwashed, with original label(s) and packaging.
  • Attach Return Form and Invoice as proof of purchase.

If you need to make a return, please contact us at honeynclover@amberclover.com to request for a copy of the return form (by email).

Please return the product(s) within 30 days from date of invoice. Please pack your item(s) in a secured manner for the return delivery. You are responsible for return delivery/shipment costs. 

Items not applicable for returns

We regret that the following products are not applicable for returns: 

  • Accessories/Socks/Hats are not applicable for returns due to hygiene reasons.
  • Merchandise which have been stated as Non-exchangeable, Non-refundable by Honey & Clover.
  • Gift Cards / Vouchers and gift items.

Products that do not meet the above criteria may not be considered for return. 

Please allow up to 7 working days for your return & refund to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution/payment gateway may take longer to reflect the transaction.
