General Information for Shipping

For international deliveries above 2 kg and do not qualify for free delivery, postage will be calculated and advised before you place your order. Please email your order enquiries to honeynclover@amberclover.com.

All orders are processed in Singapore Dollars (SGD/S$). The currency conversion will follow PayPal's exchange rate. 

Orders are shipped out according to Order Numbers. Combination of orders (to remove shipping costs during cart check out) is not allowed.


We may, however, combine orders as one parcel if address labels of orders under the same address are printed out on the same day. 

Missed Delivery

Any failed deliveries from SingPost will be sent to the nearest POPStation or Post Office for self-collection. Singpost will notify you. If possible, please collect your parcel within 3 days from the time of notification. Otherwise, orders may be undeliverable and returned to us due to any of the following reasons:

  1. Orders uncollected from the post office after 10 working days from the delivery attempt.
  2. An incorrect or incomplete mailing address has been provided.

In such cases, we will contact you with regards to the redelivery and customers will bear the reshipping cost for us to resend the order to you. We will not be liable for any lost mails due to the above reasons.

For local courier express service, there will be a 2nd attempt to redeliver should you miss the first delivery. After which, customers will bear the reshipping cost for us to resend the order to you.

Undeliverable international orders sent via courier may be destroyed at the destination country after failed delivery attempts and if customers do not contact the courier to arrange for redelivery. In such cases, we will not be liable for any losses, as ample notification lead time would have been given.

Change Delivery Address for Order Placed

You have just placed an order but realised you made a mistake with your address. Please contact us immediately at honeynclover@amberclover.com providing your Order Number and Contact Number.

We will contact you and advise you if the order has been packed and shipped out. If your order has not been shipped out, we might be able to tweak your order for you.

However, if your order has been shipped out, we will not be able to make any changes.

(Note: For orders made more than two hours ago, chances are that your order might have already been packed and shipped)
