Returns – Within 30 Days of Purchase

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are unhappy with your purchase you can contact us for a full refund. Tell us what went wrong, send along a picture, and we’ll give you your money back in full. We will ask that you to ship the order back to us at your cost. Once we have received the item(s), you will then receive a confirmation of your full refund.

In some cases, if there is damage to the item we will give you the option of us sending you a new outfit instead of a refund. It will be your choice which option you would like to move forward with. Then, we will either provide you with a prepaid shipping label or ask you to donate the original item.

Refunds (if applicable)
If you need a refund, the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please keep in mind that it may take several days for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you encounter a size issue, we will give you the option of a full refund OR sending you the new size. 

Then, if you have asked for a full refund, we will ask that you ship the item back to us. Once we have received tracking information we will issue the refund and you will receive an email confirmation of said refund.

If you have asked for an exchange we will provide a prepaid USPS shipping label to return the current outfit to us and we email you tracking information once your new outfit has shipped.
